Robots are not toys, not for home use, and not intended for human interaction.

3. Pricing

Prices are provided individually by quotation.

No prices are displayed publicly on the website.

4. Orders & Payment

• 50% payment required at order confirmation
• 50% required upon delivery before installation
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Payment Links

5. Delivery

• Standard delivery time: up to 30 days after receipt of first payment
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance
• Customer must ensure correct delivery information

6. Use-Case Restrictions

By purchasing from Motion Mannequin, the buyer agrees:

• Robots are for window display only
• Not for home use, personal use, or physical customer interaction
• Customer must follow installation and safety guidelines

7. No Returns After Installation

Once the robot has been installed or used in a store, no returns or cancellations are accepted.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery details
• Ensuring local compliance rules for displaying robotic mannequins
• Customs clearance and import taxes in their country

9. Liability Limitation

Motion Mannequin is not responsible for:

• Damages caused by misuse
• Human-caused breakage
• Electrical modifications
• Unauthorized repairs or upgrades

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Finnish Law.
