1-Year Warranty

All robots include a 12-month warranty covering:

• Mechanical malfunctions
• Electronic failures
• Factory defects

Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Human-caused damage
• Drops, impacts, or breakage
• Water damage
• Unauthorized repairs
• Improper installation

Refunds

• No refunds after installation or after the robot has been used
• Custom orders are non-refundable
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Warranty does not entitle customers to refunds, only repairs/replacement parts

Returns

No returns accepted unless the product is defective before installation.
