Processing Time

Robots are assembled and tested before shipping.

Processing can take up to 15–30 days depending on factory workload.

Shipping Methods

• Air freight
• Sea freight
• Express courier (premium)

Customs & Import Taxes

• All customs, duties, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility
• Motion Mannequin cannot guarantee customs approval
• Required documents (MSDS, packing list, invoice) can be provided

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by customs
• Incorrect delivery address
• Local regulatory changes
